The GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand is one of the final pit stops of Dota 2 LAN action in front of a live audience before The International 2022 regional qualifiers. The GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand will run for three days in Central Hatyai, HatYai, Thailand, starting August 18 and culminating in the Grand Final on August 20. A total of eight teams have been invited to this event, competing for the lion’s share of the $125,000 USD prize pool. Group teams list

The two groups in which teams will compete at GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand have been announced by the tournament organizers.

Format

Group stage (August 18-19)

  • Single round-robin BO1 group stage

  • The top two teams in each group qualify for the single-elimination playoffs

  • The other teams are eliminated

Playoffs (August 20)

Schedule and results

During the group stage, a total of 24 BO1 matches will be played over two days. This will be followed by two BO3 semi-finals and one BO5 final on the last day of the tournament.

Day 1 (August 18)

Remark: Only the Day 1 group stages schedule has been officially revealed by GAMERS GALAXY at the time of writing. However, the schedule of Day 2 and Day 3 was found in a document shared with Liquipedia by the tournament organizer.
